We can often arrange a safari at a few weeks' notice, though two to three months ahead secures the best selection of camps and lodges, particularly in peak season (July to October and December to February).
Yes. Every itinerary we design includes a private 4x4 and driver-guide for your party alone. You will not be joined with other travellers or held to a fixed group schedule.
Certainly. Designing around you rather than selling a set package is the reason we work this way. Tell us what you would like adjusted and we will revise the plan before anything is confirmed.
Ordinarily: the private vehicle and driver-guide, park entrance fees, accommodation, and the meals specified in each itinerary. International flights, visas, gratuities and personal expenses are usually excluded. We confirm precisely what is covered when we issue your quotation.

It depends on what you hope to see. The migration river crossings fall between July and October; the calving season in the southern Serengeti runs through January and February; and the green season, from March to May, offers fewer visitors, lower rates and excellent birdlife. We will advise honestly on the best window for your priorities.
Yes. We regularly arrange family journeys with shorter game drives, flexible mealtimes and lodges that genuinely welcome children. Please tell us the ages of any children travelling and we will plan accordingly.
